Aabar Asbo Phire 2004

Aabar Asbo Phire is a 2004 Indian Bengali drama film released on 2004. The film is directed by Rabi Ojha.

This is a story of reincarnation which took place in 1942. At first we get to see a doctor named Ananda who has finished his studies and has come to Kolkata and joined a hospital where there is a nurse called Pritha. One day when Ananda is about to operate on a patient in O.T. pritha tried to kill him with the help of surgical instruments. She is unsuccessful in killing ananda and since other people are also present in O.T., she is immedietely asked to leave the hospital. After this incident, Ananda goes to Pritha's house to meet her. Slowly, a relationship develops between Ananda and Pritha. They go out one day. after reaching that place, the place reminds Pritha of her past life as a particular incident happened at that place. Slowly her entire past life come back to her. In her past life Pritha was known as Gouri and Ananda was Badal. They were both revolutionaries during the 1942 movement and they liked each other. The place where Pritha and Ananda came to visit was their secret hide-out (of Gouri and Badal's gang) during the 1942 movement. The fact to be mentioned, though Pritha remembers her past life, Ananda has no recollection of his past life. Beniprased betrayed the gang leader, Gouri and Badal and informed the policce and as a result the police had carried out raid at that their hide out and arrested Gouri & her gang except Badal as he was not present at that time. All the gang members & Gouri were hanged by the police. But till the last moment Gouri was under the impression that Badal had informed the police and betrayed them. She was not awere that Beniprasad had killed Badal in the forest. As a result Gouri had decided that she would take a revenge on Badal if she came acrose Badal in her next life. That is the reasion she wanted to kill Ananda as his face resembled that of Badal and she realized that Ananda was actualy badal in his next life. The doctor who wanted to get publicity from Pritha's case killed by a man called Dadabhai who was actually Beniprasad. To find out why Dadabhai swddenly killed that doctor, Ananda and Pritha go to Dadabhai's house and Ananda recognized Dadabhai and as such remembers his past life. Dadabhai also recognizes Ananda who was Badal in his previous life and Dadabhai killed himself by his own gun. The film ends on a happy note.
