Mahesh inherits enormous property after his dad's death. Fenced by sycophantic friends, he whiles away his life in quest of pleasure, caring little about the huge industrial property his father has left behind as his tradition. With no one keeping a watch on them, the corrupt employees of the company funnel off huge amounts for their own benefit.One fine day, while seeking a young girl in his buddies’ car, Mahesh ends up wounding his old school teacher accidentally. He brings the old man to his place and gets his shock treated. He offers the professor some money, which the old man avoids to take, saying that the school building needed the amount more than him. However when Mahesh offers to give a huge amount to the school building fund, the professor again refuses to accept it. He tells Mahesh that he doesn't need his dad's money, but if Mahesh really knew to help the school, he should earn some amount of sum on his own to donate it. He warns Mahesh that the work in hand is easier said than done and it would be greatly not easy for him to get work without using his dad's name. Mahesh takes up the work as a challenge.
