Abhimanyu is a 1989 Indian Bollywood action, family drama, drama film released on Jul 21, 1989. The film is directed by Toni, produced by Tito , music composed by Anu Malik.

The story Abhimanyu is a movie which has got all spices needed for a Bollywood recipe – romance, rape, action, emotion, teasing, lust & above all comedy. The movie starts with Mannu's who gives his land to Parvati. She is the crooked Thakurain of the village. When Mannu gives the money back to Parvati's boy named as Pannalal, & asks for the legal papers to be given back, he regrets this and tells her that she has no papers of him. Mannu gives her a last warning to return the documents by evening.

Mannu’s little sister, Tulsi is sexually assaulted by Pannala. Tulsi wants to commit suicide, but Mannu pleads her to survive. She agrees this, But, she says that if Pannalal gets married to her she will survive. Mannu says a yes to this. Pannalal's dad Ram Babu & his friend Parameswaran come for Mannu's help, and Mannu keeps his words.
