Abhimanyu is a 1990 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1990. The film is directed by Biplab Chattopadhyay, music composed by Mrinal Bandhyopadhay.

Prijay wants to lead a normal life but fate makes him become an anti-social element. Jaya loves him. One day Jaya’s father comes home after a severe accident in which he has lost both his arms. Prijay helps Jaya and her family get compensation from the factory. Prijay’s widowed sister Sobha helps them get married. In course of time Jaya becomes preganant but she does not want her child to be recognised as the son of a criminal. Prijay wants to rectify himself. The film is about their struggles.
