Difficult to predict! Renu Desai as a director can make you laugh and cry at the same time. But what’s more interesting in her films are the songs which have been written very beautifully. This film reminds you of all those beautiful memories which you have shared with your beloveds. The story’s plot starts with the marriage of Aarti (Mukta Barve) and Satyajeet (Swapnil Joshi). They have completed 5 years of their marriage and they are planning for a child now. Satyajeet is the sales executive in Radio Mirchi whereas Aarti is a housewife. Satyajeet and Aarti had a love marriage. Aarti is somewhat a douchey housewife who takes care of every single thing about her husband. She had set many restrictions for her husband and Satyajeet is feed up with her behavior. He wants to see that same old Aarti who loved herself. But with the growing household responsibilities, she has lost her identity and now she lives only for her husband. Satayajeet’s boss , Shalini (Saiee Tamhankar) is very autocratic. She wants Satyajeet to understand the importance of his career and wants to expand her Radio Mirchi business. So, therefore he assigns the tasks to Satyajeet of arranging new clients for her office. Talking about Satya’s personal life, he is feed up with Aarti’s behavior and now he decides to get separate. Aarti goes to live at her sister’s place and she initially doesn’t believe that Satya had decides this. Later, Aarti’s sister, Reva shows her the real side of Aarti and now she decides to work. She starts finding a job and she works in a real estate firm. Life changes and so are those relations. Satya after finding a new changed Aarti falls in love with her again and both of them rejuvenate their love again. But Reva misunderstands that Satya is in relationship with Shalini and she tells this to Aarti. Now, things that were about to settle down again falls and it is Aarti this time who sends divorce papers to Satya. Satya’s boss, Shalini gives him a surprise party because he performed excellently well in his business and he is about to be transferred to the Singapore office. But in the end, everything goes well and Satya confesses his love for Aarti again. The story ends on a very promising note. But somewhere since it is after marriage issues, so you’ll feel very boring scenarios and instances. Renu Desai could have tried showing something different rather than laying stress on the ‘after marriage issues’. The songs are magically composed. These are only the songs, which hold your attention till the end. Rest talking about the performances, Swapnil and Mukta are indeed great and as an ‘onscreen couple’ they are delightful to watch. The film has got many scenes where you should not miss the chemistry between Mukta and Swapnil. This film has a good message to convey but only to those who are getting married or have already got married.
