Story
In the course of March 1993, once his Ambassador car is being angled out of water, Assistant Official of Forces, Agnel Wilson, relates to the Commissioner as to how he began his study against a criminal thug, Sultan Mirza. He then particulates how Sultan had endured through floods in Madras, soon after Independence, his entry in Bombay; and his service which received him a mere 25 Paisa every day. Agnel's efforts to bridle in Sultan flop, but he keeps flaps on him and his amorousness with Bollywood artist, Rehana; in addition to his new employee, Shoaib, the lad of Sub-Inspector Khan.
