Story
An NRI faces fears from blackmailers when he unlocks a small commercial and goes out with an ambitious model. He rejects to fee, both are followed, and when he criticises to the police, they not only wave it off but bid 'defence' for a value. With growing burden, he must now make a choice to re-trace or surrender to their anxieties. Tilak and his buddies are career offenders, and sell goods that they snip from travellers using public conveyance. He also buys best-selling books, has duplicates published, and has them vended at full traffic signals. Things alter when his group found weapons and an explosive device in a whipped carrier bag. Sawan Murthy wishes to be a cricketer and needs to come up with Rs.10 Lakhs in order to be inaugurated in the 20/20 team. He has no cash, nobody will loan him any, and he think through mugging the Citizen's Co-operative Bank, just some of the dares confronted by fixed Mumbaites and crooks in this crime-loaded city.
