(Singer)Biography
He is an Indian film playback singer, actor, director, and music director. He was born to Indian singer and actor Kishore Kumar and the Bengali singer and actress Ruma Guha Thakurta. He used to sing in Durga Poojas since, childhood. After noticing him, he was offered two films: Door Gagan Ki Chhaon Mein and Door Ka Raahi. He sang songs with many bollywood composers. He sang songs in many different languages: Bengali, Bhojpuri, Oriya, Assamese, Marathi, and Konkani. He was a child artist. He sang his first song was: Door Ka Raahi. He sang songs for : Aandhi, Aap Ke Deewane, Khatta Meetha, Gol Maal, Des Pardes, Ganga Ki Saugandh, Deewanagi(1976), Duniya Meri Jeb Mein, Parvarish, Hamare Tumhare(1979), and Baton Baton Mein.
