He was born in 1938. He died on 20 March 2011. He was an American descent Indian actor. He did movies like: Qurbani (1980), Kaalia (1981), Nastik (1983), Mard (1985), Mr India (1987), Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja (1993) and Gumraah (1993). He was born in Sydney. He got his first break in the movie Abdullah in 1980. He did more than 200 films. He did movies in languages like: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. He worked with Amitabh Bachchan in many movies like: Mard, Kaalia, Geraftaar, Agneepath, Toofan, Jaadugar etc. Then after this, he got shifted to Bangalore where he worked as a Yoga teacher. He then decided to quiet the acting industry. He died due to rupture of left ventricle valve" in Bangalore on 20 March 2011.
