She is known for her role in the film ‘Jaane tu ya jaane na’. She was seen in the reality show ‘Popstars 2’. She was also a member of Ashma Band. She made her bollywood entry with the movie: Rok Sako To Rok Lo in 2004, but her big break movie was Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na (2008).She was also a part of National Film Award-winning Bengali feature film Faltu and Mumbai Salsa. Her Telugu movie Siddu from Srikakulam released, following which her first Tamil film Muthirai got released. She also sang a song for ‘Muthirai’. She also did many commercials too.
