She is an Indian actress who worked in the South Indian movies. She made her debut as a child artist in Tamil movie. She had acted in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and several Hindi films. She had worked with many famous actors of the South cinemas. She is a singer, model, dancer, TV host and a dubbing artist. She was born to Tamil father Durairaj and Malayali mother Raj Mallika. She was brought in Chennai. She completed her education till 8th standard and then completed her 10th standard in vidyodaya schools in Chennai. She completed her Master's in History from the University of Madras. Meena got married to Vidyasagar, who is a Bangalore based software engineer. The couple is blessed with a daughter Nainika born on 1 January 2011 in Chennai. She made her debut with the film Seetharamaiah Gari Manavaralu, opposite Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
