Rajat Kapoor

Rajat Kapoor is a Actor and also worked as Director, Story Writer, Screenplay, Executive Producer, Producer. Rajat Kapoor has mostly worked in Hindi and has worked in languages like Hindi, Marathi, Bengali.
He is an Indian actor, writer and director. He did an acting workshop from theatre group Chingari in Delhi. He then attended the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). He made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Khayal Gatha’. As a directed, he directed the film Private Detective: Two plus Two plus One (1997). His big break was in the film Dil Chahta hai. He got actual fame in the film ‘Monsoon wedding’. He has then written script for the movies like Corporate, Bheja Fry and The Last days of the Raj. He then did Raghu Romeo, which won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. He also did Bengali movie ‘Iti Mrinalini’ opposite Konkona Sen.
