This is an annual award given for the celebs that excel on-screen and of-screen. It has been conceptualized and created by Anil Wanvari. He is also on the board of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The awards have been given for several categories such as best programme or series in a specific genre, most popular actors and awards for technical roles such as writers and directors. For first three years, the award has been telecasted on Star plus. Then it was telecasted on Sony TV. Since then, it has been casted on Colors. There is a separate section for jury award. The award has been given to many eminent juries from all across different categories.
