Rajinikanth is a Actor and also worked as Producer, Screenplay, Story Writer. Rajinikanth has mostly worked in Tamil and has worked in languages like Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Bengali.
He was born on 12 December 1950. He was born to mother Ramabai, a homemaker, and Ranoji Rao Gaekwad. His father was a police constable. He was born in Bangalore. Before entering into the bollywood, he used to work as a conductor in bus. Then he got admitted in the Madras Film Institute. He is considered a superstar in south movies. He won six Tamil Nadu State Film Awards—four Best Actor Awards and two Special Awards for Best Actor—and a Filmfare Best Tamil Actor Award. He also got Padma Bhushan award. He completed his education from Acharya Pathasala Public School and studied there till completion of his pre-university course. He acted in many movies like: Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu, Vanakkatukuriya Kathaliye ,Mullum Malarum,Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum, Naan Mahaan Alla, Nallavanuku Nallavan,Sri Raghavendra, Naan Sigappu Manithan (1985), Padikkathavan (1985), Mr. Bharath (1986), Velaikaran (1987), Guru Sishyan (1988) and Dharmathin Thalaivan (1988), and many others.
