Frustarted with unemployment, educated people from an association to provide financial assitance to its members. As time passes by each member gets a job except 3 unselfish orphans Silence (Vijay Saxena) Toba (Paramveer) and Tina (Anita Nangia) who are deprived of the gains of the association and looked down by the employed. . Thinking deeply, Toba acts in a way, that his Mohni (Mehnaz) leaves him and marrys a boy of her Dads (Bharat Bhushan) choice. Toba and Silence become labourers to fill their stomach where the contractor, Thasak Singh (Joginder) also after their lives. So they run away to Bombay where they meet Nathu (Ankush Mohit), former Inspector Khan (Pradeep Singh) and hotel singer Sonia (Sudha Chandran). These three were also tortured by police and culprits.
