Aamader Sansar 2000

Aamader Sansar is a 2000 Indian Bengali drama film released on 2000. The film is directed by Dilip Biswas.

Giti’s father, a poor school master, could not tolerate the unkindness meted out by his second wife towards Giti. He fell prey to heart attack and Giti on the way to call the doctor met Soumen an industrialist & ex-student of the teacher. She pleaded with him to marry Giti so that her father could die in peace. After the death of the teacher Soumen married Giti in spite of his mother’s objections. From then Soumen's life took strange turns. His cheques started getting forged and cash got stolen. Giti torn by misfortune attempted to commit suicide. Harihar, Soumen's manager was the brain behind the illegal activities. He brought Tapasi, a dancer and insisted that Soumen marry her. Prijay, the brother of Giti is brought up by Dhananjay a car mechanic. Prijay fell in love with Nandita, a shopkeeper. Badhan, the son of Giti fell in love with Prema. On the birth day party of Prema, Badhan sang a song which recalled Giti's memories with Soumen. Badhan got a job in Soumen’s company.In the course of events Prijay met Giti. Harihar then kidnapped Soumen and Giti separately and put pressure on Soumen to sign on the court paper for the transfer of his property. Harihar got murdered by his own son and the film ends with the vicious being punished.
