Urmila, Nila and Shila were three teachers of a girls' school. They went to Gopalpur in the puja holidays. Urmila was gang raped by four boys. They had also come to gopalpur for a tour. Police officer Thanare Gobinda started investigations and arrested the boys. After a long session in the court the rapists were punished. To hush up the case money and political pressure were used. Urmila lost her service. Public interest and queries upset and disturbed Urmila's family life. Gobinda was suspended but ultimately Urmila got justice.
