Adhikar is a 1939 Indian Bengali drama,family,romance film released on 1939. The film is directed by Pramathesh Barua, music composed by Timir Baran Bhattacharya.

Nikhilesh loves heiress Indira. A poor orphan girl Radha arrives claming to be Indira's step sister and part-inheritor of the family estate. Indira agrees to share her inheritance but conspiracies are hatched to grab the largess. Ultimately, Radha turns out to the sole heir. Love proves to be stronger than material possessions. As Indira and Nikhilesh get married, Radha finds happiness with Ratan, a man she had known and loved during her days of a poverty. The story is about alienation, inheritance and loss.
