Story
Mahim, a conniving criminal takes over Madhu’s zamindari and destroys his relationship with Lekha, his love. Descending into drunkenness and a life of a fisherman Madhu is finally understood by Ray, the police officer. He gets Madhu a job and Lekha comes to know of Madhu’s reformation. Mahim is charged with illegalities in construction contracted to him. He plans to flee and tries to kidnap Lekha on his way out. Madhu saves they day. Ray arrests Mahim and the movie ends with the wedding of Madhu and Lekha.
