Anand Aur Anand is a 1984 Indian Bollywood romance, family drama, drama film released on Aug 10, 1984. The film is directed by Dev Anand, produced by Dev Anand , music composed by R. D. Burman.
The story revolves around Arun Anand and his wife Varsha. Both are married and they are expecting their first child. But, things don’t work in their favor and Varsha meets with a miscarriage. Due to this, she is not able to get pregnant in the future. Meanwhile, here Anand falls in liking with Kiran, his secretary and she gets pregnant. Now, to add twist in the tale, Anand takes the help of union leader named as Pratap and he asks him to get wed to Kiran and later, he can get her divorced. Now, with many consequences, things change and after years, Kiran’s boy named as Varun grows up to be a handsome guy. He falls in love with Pratap’s boss’s daughter and would like to get wed to her. Pratap’s boss is not happy with their relationship and he puts Varun to the jail and he makes the things bitter. After this, Kiran seeks help of Anand and he helps her financially.
