Angaar 1992

Angaar is a 1992 Indian Bollywood action, social, drama film released on Sep 11, 1992. The film is directed by K. Shashilal Nair, produced by S. M. Arif.
An angry slum-resident is arrested, found culpable, and regulated. The story starts with the unemployed and branded trouble-maker, Jaikishan. He lives a poor lifestyle in a slum-area called Asha Colony. This colony is very near Andheri Lokhandwala Complex. He lives with his sister, Seema; mom and dad. One day, he comes to the rescue a homeless orphan, Mili. She suffers from a deep inferiority complex. So, Jaikishan permits her to live with his family. He considers that India should be awarded unlimited gold medals for corruption at all levels because he is fully aware that these beliefs and that portrays him as a 'revolutionary', and prevents him from securing any gainful employment. But, things change when he refuses to go along with the plans of the Khan family. The Khan family consists of builder, Majid; his goon brother, Farid, and their father, Jahangir. His family goes into those deep troubles when the Police arrest him for the alleged broad-daylight murder of Farid

Angaar revolves around an angry slum-dweller who is arrested, after his arrest, he is found guilty, and finally institutionalized. The film features Nana Patekar as a Muslim gangster.
