Rajkumar an advocate, is one of the tenents of thakur Harman. one day he comes to pay the due rent to the land lord hours meets his daugther roop after knwing about rajkumar into his daughter raps birthday party rajkumar and roop fallen in love and thakur harman also given his consent on that but duribg ther time mohini came over there and she meets rajkumar ragarding her parsonal legal case but in a sheet period he come to dnow that mohini is ans illigal child of thakur hanam and she is a prostitute haman got herat attack and he deid but roop taken an immitiative to resque mohini from the red light area and give shelter into their house and treid to introduce her to the civil society .but latan set who is coroupt person started black maliin roop mohini on that paint during that time when rajkumar and roop finalised their maniage arrange mat from a bordof thakur harnam ,foop come to know tha actual trouth about her and mohinis birth detail she come to know that she is the illigla child of thakur harman but mohini is the legal child during then child nood cut of revange her mother who was a prostitute exelonge her with machini how the bed motin also cokme to knwo about the fact later on roop wanted to sacrifased she leaves her position to mohini on the marreage day but dur to the similarity of their face fajkumar could not able to know that on marriage occation but reten he come to know the actual fact on the bed he returned to out of love .but mohini attacked on them with revalbow and she started firing to tade revenge but finnaly she could not able to succed and during her random fine there accared some accedate mohine insured died
Rajkumar (Raj Kapoor) an advocate, is one of the tenants of Thakur Harman.One day he comes to pay the rent due to the landlord and meets his daugther Roop (Nutan). After knowing about Rajkumar into his daughter raps birthday party rajkumar and roop fallen in love and thakur harman also given his consent on that but during that time Mohini (Nargis) came over there and she meets Rajkumar regarding her personal legal case. But in a short period he comes to know that Mohini is an illegitimate child of Thakur Harman and she is also a prostitute. Harman got heart attack and he died. But Roop takes an initiative to rescue Mohini from the red light area and give shelter into their house and tried to introduce her to the civil society. Shyam Sundar Seth (Om Prakash) who is corrupt person started black mailing Mohini on that point. During that time when Rajkumar and Roop finalised their marriage, Roop comes to know the actual truth about her and Mohini's birth detail. She comes to know that she is not the illegitimate child of Thakur Harman but Mohini is the illegitimate child. During the childhood out of revenge, her mother who was a prostitute exchanged her with Mohini. Now Shyam Sethh also came to know about the fact. Later on, Roop wanted to sacrifice. She leaves her position to Mohini on the marriage day, but due to the similarity of their face, Rajkumar was not able to know that on marriage occasion. But later, he come to know the actual fact on the bed he returned to out of love. But Mohini attacked them with revolver and she started firing to take revenge but she could not succeed and during her random firing there occured some accident in which Mohini died.
