Jai alias Jimmy is the local underworld criminal, owing deference to his elder brother, the more influential and dominant, Raghavbhai. Jimmy bends around with his childhood beau, Sameer Deshmukh. But, for Raghavbhai, Jimmy gets in the bad behavior of the other operating Dons, and he must decide if Jimmy gets to live or die, by the same rules governing other gangster, or make different rules because Jimmy is akin to him.
