Anokha Jungle is a 1956 Indian Bollywood action film released on 1956. The film is directed by Sultan, music composed by Iqbal.
Foreign returned Director Himmatrai brought notions to produce a Jungle picture on `Tarzan. After a long search he succeeded to get a new talent for `TARZAN. Inspired by his African Guide he dared venture for actual location shooting at, "ZANZIBAR" - an island on southt East Coast of AFRICA. He also titled the picture as "ZANZIBAR". . But Providence meant otherwise. The ship they boarded cautght fire and few of them could survive to land on an unknown island. In search of food and shelter, they roamed about, but finding wild animals, they encamped for the night. Suddenly they were attacked by Bakaby tribe, and the Film Party, except Himmatrai, Prakash, (his Tarzan) and Geeta (his Heroine) were overpowered and captured by the Junglees. . Now the problem became very acute for them. Prakash induced them to go further in search of lost Party, food and shelter. Obstacles and calamities befell on them, so much so that Geeta was swparated from them. Himmatrai and Prakash were imprisoned into a Dungeon by Mahashakti, as they were found in Nagrajs Temple, an entry in which meant DEATH.
