Bahurupa is a 1997 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1997. The film is directed by Arabinda Mitra, produced by Dayati Agarwal.

Anondo, the owner of Ankar ad agency was once ditched by his girl friend. Because of Anondo's unsand financial condition anondo's girl friend settled with a rich guy rejecting anondo. From that particular mcident anondo came to a conclusion regarding women that all woman run after money they dont value love. So after becoming econimically sound anondo decided to purchase women at the cost of unlimited amount as a revenge of the past event. Every year 3rd of august anondo hires a beautiful fiel and organises a vacation with the girl as on 3rd august anando's girl friend left him. Urboshi a professional money minded prostitute gets tired by anondo at the cost of twenty five thousand. Both anondo and urboshi come to murik for outing and lodge in a well mentained hotel. The caretaker of the hotel apricates. Anondo and urboshi as a married couple, not knowing the fact. To earn some extra money urboshi seduces another hotel customer and get two thousand bugs. Anondo criticises urboshi for her act. Urboshi gets a nice wrist watch at the cast of making anondo's friends dev happy. Avando's fathers friend who stay in mirik with his family comes to know about anandos coming at the place and invites anando to his over place. As he decided to get hjis daughter married neath anondo and the girl in no more kakababu consider urboshi as his daughter and welcomes urboshi with sari and juwellary. The ugh as a daughter in law urboshi recieves lot of affection from kakababu she doubts kakababu acts and judges kakababu a fulthy minded perverted old person who is trying to bribe urboshi to satisfy the male instinet but when kakababu makes her tying rakhsha bandhan to over son probin and prab in protects urboshi from local hoaligans as they tea sed urboshi, then urboshi's opinion got shifted and she became of unable to act any more confesses her turn story to kakababu. Kakababu inspries urboshi to make a new start and to forget the past. Kakababu also consider urboshi that anondo being good hearted person will definitely get selfted with urboshi. Returning back from outing urboshi gets completely transformed and starts. Spiritval practises. She even refused the money anando offered him as her remuneration. But the brother overlady whose business used to get benifited by urboshi doesnt like urboshi's change and prokokes urboshi to get back to her old life style and activities anondo's friends gets insulted by urboshi as he try to molest her forcefully and made a conspiracy with the brohter owning lady to make anondo and urboshi separate. Anondo who decided to marry urboshi got manupullated by dev's trip and insults urboshi with all infulfilled dreams urboshi attempts for sucide. But kakababu with son prabin come to anando at the crucial time and made him realise the truth and made dev confess his guilt. Anando with kakababu and prabin come to urboshi and safe her. An unisunderstanding got solved and anondo and urboshi start their happy married life with true honey moon.
