Against her wishes Lalitha marriage was fixed with Jaggaiah, a Talisdhar's son. Lalitha meets Dr.Murthy and falls in love with him. On the marriage day Lalitha walks out of the marriage hall and marries Dr.Murthy. To keep the family pride Sarala requests Jaggaiah to marry her instead of Lalitha. Jaggaiah marries her. But he keeps a grudge on Lalitha and started going to Lalitha's house in pretext of one or other.
