Deepak is a 1963 Indian Bollywood social film released on Jan 01, 1963. The film is directed by Harsukh Bhatt, produced by Sunil Dutt under banner named Children'S Film Society Of India, music composed by Jaidev.

It is the story of Dacoit Jarnail Singh (Sunil Dutt) who sees Chameli Jaan (Waheeda Rahmaan) at the time of a dacoity and abducts her and marries her. The police attack increases and they run for their life . In the mean time they have a son. Then Chameli Jaan asks Jarnail Singh not to kill anyone or not to do any other crime and he also experiences the happiness in saving a man's life. He changes a lot. They try their best to police off their back and live a normal life but fail. Finally, Jarnail Singh decides to surrender himself to police. But will life give a second chance to Jarnail?
