Story
Tells of Vijay, and honest and hard working youth, whose only ambition in life is to get his younger brother Anand married to a decent girl. He proposes the hand of Laxmi, his boss Rai Sahebs daughter for his brother. She turns the proposal down, as she is in love with him. He later ties a mangalsutra in the name of his brother in Sarojas neck. The latterm who is the illegal child of Rai Bahadur, is ultimately united with her father and becomes the lawful wife of Vijay after many ups and downs in their lives.
