Pritam (Shashi Kapoor), loving and adoring; Deepali (Babita), beautiful and rich heiress; and Ajit (Prem Chopra), the slick and simply playboy with an eye always on beautiful bodies and big bank rolls. . Pritam loves Deepali deep and true, but Deepali feels she is in love with Ajit.
