Faraar is a 2011 Indian Bollywood action,thriller film released on Dec 16, 2011. The film is directed by Santosh Gupta, produced by Santosh Gupta under banner named Musecineflix Productions.
Raj (Amitabh Bachchan) is an artist who stays with his sister and widow mother. Nita is beaten and dies; the murderer goes scot permitted. Raj takes payback and discovers himself on the track from the law. On the run he is reunified with his old blaze Asha (Sharmila Tagore). While sparks hover, they both recognise that they still love each other and yet they esteem social morals. How Raj, Asha, Mala and Sanjay (Sanjeev Kumar) decide the difficult matter of unanswered love while the law is racing Raj is the story competently related in the film through sequences of memories. Can Raj take a convict and seepage the police hunt? Will Asha find the nerve to support Raj? How will Sanjay settle his responsibility as a police major with his love for his family? However there are rudiments of Bombay film formulations and the movie does slog on in parts; good drama, direction and plot keep the watcher in a state of "what next" to the very finish.
