Story
Fareb is a thriller and murder mystery.
It is seen that Aditya (Manoj Bajpai) works in an advertising agency, while his wife, Neha, is a homemaker. They also have a child. They lead a happy and normal life till Riya enters their life.
Riya (Shamita Shetty) was married to the late Bakul Thakker, who was a big client of Aditya's ad-agency. Riya and Aditya meet at a presentation made by the agency and she gets attracted to him. She thereafter pursues Aditya relentlessly and attempts to seduce him repeatedly. Aditya, resists in the begining, but then finally succumbs. They have an affair and this leads to a discord in his married life.
Things change completely, when Riya is murdered. Aditya becomes the chief suspect and the policemen, that is, Kelly Dorji, Hemant Pande arrest him. Someone is also blackmailing Aditya about his affair with Riya .
