Finding Fanny 2014

Finding Fanny is a 2014 Indian Bollywood drama film released on Sep 12, 2014. The film is directed by Homi Adajania, produced by Dinesh Vijan.
This movie revolves around five characters that live in Goa. The village of Goa is Pocolim where people live having just pointless conversations and where they live only for the sake of living. Then one day, the old postman Ferdie (played by Naseeruddin Shah), gets a letter that is slipped under his door. He comes to know that he wrote this letter 46 years ago to his love life Stefanie Fernandes (played by Anjali Patil) for asking her to get married to him. He lived these many years on the misconception that Stefanie rejected his proposal. He then decides to find her and again tell that he loved her. Then there are sequences of funny moments that add to this play and comical incidents.
Five Goans set off on a road trip in search of an old postman's childhood love, Stefanie "Fanny" Fernandes, though nobody knows whether she's alive or dead or just a figment of someone's imagination.
