Gaai Aur Gori is a 1973 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1973. The film is directed by M. A. Thirumugam, produced by M. M. A. Chinnapa Devar.
The role played by a homely cow to unite her benefactress, an orphaned girl, with her erring husband is chronicled in this film. The husband who tries his best to separate his wofe from the cow is ultimately convinced of its worth when it saves their bond of love. - My cow and !! Our bodies were two but our soul was one! To help others in distress to share my joy with others had become a sort of habit with me. And that is the reason why the people of Gangapur village like and loved me so much that I never felt the absence of my father and mother. My life was flowing smoothly and peacefully like a little stream, laughing and playing, till one day when there came a tumultous storms in my life in the person of Arun, the vagabond son of a Zamindar from the next village! . Yes! To be calm and quiet was never may way of life. I liked stormy adventures, breezy romances and unfettered freedom to live my life as I wanted ! Beautiful girls were my weakness. I liked a girl I would never rest till have had her as my bed-partner. . But Vijaya was made of a different stuff. While the girls of the city would drop into my lap at the very touch of mine, this village belle proved a hard nut to crack. She raised big hue and cry, gathered her village-folks and sent me to the police station, when I tried to make passes at her. . This hurt my ego and challenged the man in me. . I took an oath that I will not rest till I have got the girl as my wife, and thorugh my machinations I did achieve what I wanted. . And you have no idea how much I tried to stop the marriag! But my mistress who never overrode my warning before, ignored me t his time and went through the ceremonies of the marriage with that man, who, I instictively knew was a rogue at heart. .
