Geet Sangeet 1994

Geet Sangeet is a 1994 Indian Bengali musical film released on 1994. The film is directed by Subhas Sen.

Ranjan, son of a businessman loves only music. It’s his passion. But his father doesn’t like music and song. So, he has to get out from his house. He takes shelter in Ashok’s (a lawyer) house as a driver, by changing his name as Rocky. He mainly drives the car of Ashok’s daughters Rekha and Seema. Ranjan and Seema’s father jointly fixed their wedding. But Ranjan and Seema do not know this as they never met or saw each other. Rekha is a very egoistic character. She does not prefer and often torture’s her drivers, also Rocky. But Rocky does his duties. On the other side, Seema falls in love with Rocky. They never express their feelings to each other. In a stage performance, Rocky sings a song for Rekha’s dance show and Rekha also falls in love with Rocky. Seema expresses her feelings to her elder sister Seema. Rocky already gives proposal to Seema of his love. Seema sacrifices her feelings for Rocky, due to her sisters feelings of love. To cover her love in her heart for her sister Rekha Seema starts behaving rudely with Rocky, whereas Rekha starts behaving nicely with Rocky. But one day Rekha finds the original love of Seema with Rocky. She discovers it by reading Seema’s diary. She informs about all the truth of love story of Seema and Rocky to her father. Father Ashok decides Rocky will be his son-in-law. Rocky’s choice is Seema, he likes Rekha as sister. One day Ranjan’s parents come to Ashok’s house, they reveal Ranjan as Rocky. They inform it to Ashok. Ranjan and Seema are united together by their parents.
