Guru is a 2007 Indian Bollywood biographical, biopic film released on 2007. The film is directed by Mani Ratnam, produced by G. Srinivasan under banner named Madras Talkies.
In a minor community of Idhar in Gujarat, a young guy visions of making it big sooner or later. His dad a headmaster of the village faculty expresses him that dreams never come real. But this young guy still kept dreaming. As he turned older, so did his dreams grew. He treasured Idhar. It was silent, passive, lazy and green. But he knew that his fate was outside this community... Set in the attractive splendor of the 1958, Bombay, this young guy comes to the city of luck with just two shirts, a companion, a brother-in-law and Rs.15, 000 to twitch a commercial. But all entrances were closed for a stranger. Indian occupational and profession were run by a minority of the ironic and the fortunate. Only they were given the permits. They had the shares and they organized all government occupation. It was an elite club where it was dreadful for an everyday middle class beginner to come in, let alone prosper. He had to kick the gates open or coaxed them to open. He did equally and would not take no for a response. And that's since he not once knew the term 'no'. In spite of all obstacles, he started his own firm called Shakti Trading in a 350 sq. feet area, with one phone, one desk and three seats. Forty ages on, Shakti Corporation developed to be the first Indian firm to go in the Forbes top 500 lists.
