Hamraaz 1967

Hamraaz is a 1967 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1967. The film is directed by B. R. Chopra, produced by B. R. Chopra under banner named B R Films.

The film starts showing that Barma is a businessman. His daughter Mina is married to a military captain Rajesh. When Rajesh goes to the battele field he is captured and imprisoned.But Mina thinks that he is dead.At this point, she is pregnant and gives birth to a daughter. But ,her father says that her baby is stillborn.Mina is heartbroken.Later, she falls in love with a famous actor Kumar and both get married. Meanwhile, meena's father is dying. He then reveals that her daughter is alive, and she also realizes that Rajesh too, is alive. He has been freed.Not knowing what else to do, she secretly meets Rajesh and tells him about his daughter, Then she secretly meet with him and told about his daughter. A saddened Rajesh wants to go away with his daughter,but then Mina is killed by Mr Despal who wants her daughter. The police though, suspects Mina's second husband Ashok to be the killer. Finally they come to know about Mr Despal, and at this point,he kidnaps the child. Desperately trying to save his daughter, Rajesh ends up killing Mr Despal, but also loses his life. But Kumar adopts the girl and the film ends happily.And then mr. Despal kidnapped the child to save the child captain rajesh was died by mr. Despal and despal also was died by the inspector ashok. Kumar loved the child as his own daughter. The film ends on a happy note.

Sometimes the best way to tell a story is not to tell it, since `Hamraaz is the story of a secret which could not be revealed, we have no right to spill the secret. . `Hamraaz means sharer of secrets- the confidant. During the course of life we have to share secrets with people and some times we have to keep secrets-all in good faith, all with a view not to spoil the happiness of home and hearts. . But they say even sealed lips betray secrets. . Because secrets have a tendency to brtray their owners.
