Story
The story starts with Raja (played by Mithun). He was born and taken-up in Purani Basti, a large troop of slum-like tenements in Bombay. This boy named as Raja has been coached to sell and distribute locally concoct alcohol to all his crippled daddy's named as Bheema (played by Om puri), clients. After many troubles and dilemmas, he thinks to educate himself and then he puts an end to all the bullshits haunting his life. Then, there are many ups and downs and a well known Inspector Suraj Singh (played by Sanjay dutt)gets the duty to Purani Basti, he finds out that the entire area is under the control of Nagar (played by Amrish puri), a crook, who has political control all the way to Delhi. Every attempt to tenure in Nagar is frustrated. Now, Suraj has to do something to kill Nagar and his men, so he seeks the help of Raja. Will Raja help him? Will Suraj be able to take the revenge against everything?
