Story
Haridas Chaudhary (Dr Sriram Lagoo) is a big businessman in the shoe industry. Haridas lives with his wife, sister Geeta (Vidya Sinha) and Guddu (master Raju) their son. Haridas gets cheated by his own directors and has to step down as he does not hold enough shares in the company. Meanwhile his driver Sitaram's (Sadhu) son gets kidnapped as the goons take him by mistake considering him to be Haridas' son. They ask for Rs.20 lakhs ransom. Raj Singh (Amjad Khan), who was once a worker is his factory is the kidnapper. Amarnath (Vinod Khanna) a police inspector tries to capture the kidnapper. Geeta and Amarnath were good friends in their college days. Haridas arranges Rs. 20 lakh cash to pay the kidnapper for his driver’s son. His house is also auctioned as all his money goes to pay the kidnapper. Meanwhile Amarnath with his team catches the kidnapper Raj Singh and his colleagues and recover the driver’s son and also all the cash money. In the end, the auctioned house & the furniture goes back to Haridas as the money is recoved from the kidnapper. Also Geeta and Amarnath re-unite.
