On the other hand Kailash Nath an honest and brilliant lawyer changed and became the professional dealer of law and justice, and his buyers two criminals Pratap Singh and his son Shakti. . Ajay Varma the successful student of law college was presented the gold medal by Kailash Nath who offered Ajay the job to assist him. Ajay happy and accepted the job. . Also happy were Shashi (Ajays sister) Shekhar (An honest police officer) and his younger brother Prakash. Prakash is in love will Shashi and this truth is known to Aajy and Shekhar. . Prakash in search of a job reaches Shakti thorugh Mona who is Shaktis mestress. Shakti has all his evil designs & wealth to posses Shashi.
