Devraj decides to take advantage of this situation. Chotu moves into the city to find a job & he is homeless. He meets Bharat Kapoor, a drunkard, who lets him stay at his home & Chotu & Chinky (Farah, Bharat Kapoor's daughter) fall in love. Devraj forces Bansiram to forge his signature to buy his property, so that he himself can be the owner of the land and also to avenge his father's death.
