The story begins with an innocent girl who in the eyes of the world is accused as a murderer. She is Reena Verma whose father had been working in a respectable government service for the past years. But some workers jealous of him kidnap him and force him to print false money Mr Verma ciearly refuses their proposal and as a result he gets killed by the smugglers. . Reena who was now quite unprotected in this world decides to look after her blind brother and after completing her studies takes up a job as an editor thus settling their lives. . In course of time she falls in love with Inspector Vijay and they both decide to get married. But fate suddenly turns against her because wherever she goes for interview, there occurs a sudden death of the interviewee. And needless to say, Reena is accused of the murder. She tries to explain everyone that she is blameless. . But with such clear evidence, did the world listen to her please and believe.
