Jayjaykar 2014

Jayjaykar is a 2014 Indian Marathi drama film released on Jul 08, 2014. The film is directed by Shantanu Ganesh Rode.
The story starts with a retired general Army Major named Akhande. He spends his time by playing pranks and troubling the villagers. He tries every possible thing to fake the people through his childish activities. He also fools people about his death so that he can discuss the development of the village. The story also has a group of eunuchs Mausi ( played by Sanjay Kulkarni), Rani ( played by Dhaval Pokle), Champa (played by Bhushan Borgaonkar) and Lajjo (played by Aakash Shinde) who meet their daily needs by begging in the trains. Then in order to escape from the angry passengers, these eunuchs take shelter at Akhande’s place. These mobs don’t harm the people and they leave his place on their own. Then he finds that a ring is missing from his place and therefore, he decides to take it from the eunuchs. Then he comes to know of their world and what makes them to do this activity.
