Kachchi Kali is a 1987 Indian Bollywood drama film released on 1987. The film is directed by K. R. Ranjan, produced by P. L. Ahuja under banner named Ambika Chitra.
Kachchi Kali is the story of a pretty young girl, Madhumati (Sonika Gill) and her affectionate brother Ram Manohar (Aloknath). Ram Manohar is a rich person with progressive thoughts and modern out-look He feels nothing wrong in sending his sister to the picnic-spots along with her college mates and himself takes her to the social parties. His wife Janki (Sangeeta) is an orthodox type of woman. She does not like the way her husband giving much liberty to Madhumati. . Madhu happens to meet a dashing young fellow, Arun (Ajinkya Deo) and falls in love with him. Arun turns to be not a true lover, but a member of a gang run by Badri Parasad (Pinchoo Kapoor) whose shabby activities to trap beautiful damsels, exploit them to make their blue-films without their knowledge and earn a lot out of it. Thus, Madhumati is trapped. When she comes to know, she agitates and ultimately forces to sold-out in a brothel house. . Ram Manohar frantically searches for her sister. He got information that his sister has been sent to Bombay and is sold in a red-light area. . At Bombay, the tyrannical runner (Prem Kumar) of the brothel house tries to exploit Madhu in every possible manner. A handsome young lawyer, Raj (Kapil Karzan) develops sympathy towards Mahdu. . In a dramatic situation Ram Manohar finds Madhu and misses her again. Ram manages to know the whereabouts of Arun and wanted to quench his thirst of vengence by killing Arun. . Madhu also finds Arun and decides to murder him. She resolves not only to avenge him for the injustice done to her, but also to save another girl, Bindya (Abhilasha) whom Arun has planned to spoil that girl in the same manner.
