Kishen Kanhaiya 1990

Kishen Kanhaiya is a 1990 Indian Bollywood drama, family drama, romance film released on Mar 09, 1990. The film is directed by Rakesh Roshan, produced by Rakesh Roshan.
The story starts with Leela and Bholaram who is a sterile couple. Leela functions as a midwife, and one day she helps Sunderdas’ beau to give birth to twin boys. She agrees to keep one baby with her, and tells Sunderdas that his companion has given birth to one child. There are traps for the mother, and she passes away without seeing her own offspring. Leela and Bholaram take up Kanhaiya, while Sunderdas bid to bring up Kishen, but is not able to do a good job. So he in his option has to marry Kamini, who comes along with her sibling named as Ghendamal has to stay at the place. She has an illegal child named Ramesh from another man, and when Sunderdas comes this to get this thing clear, she is exposed and attacked, and as a result of which she is helpless and has nothing to do now. Kishen is brought by Kamini and Ghendamal with lot of offense, and cowing, and is kept uneducated, so that he can blindly sign away whatever papers he is asked to sign. Kishen is in love with Radha, a slave, but the enormity does not stop, and then Kishen gets away. Ghendamal catches Kanhaiya, who also looks similar to Kishen, and takes him back, not realizing that the things are now going out of his hands.

Kishen Kanhaiya is the story of two twin brothers who are separated during their brith. Leela works as a servant to a rich family. Leela's mistress gives birth to twins and dies. Leela decides to steal one of the baby. This way the two twin brothers grow up in different environments.

Sunder Das(Shree Ram Lagoo) is a father of twins Kishen(Anil Kapoor) and Kanhaiya (Anil Kapoor).Both get separated from each other after birth. Sunder Das marries Kamini(Bindu) who has a brother named Gendhamal(Amrish Puri). Both try to get Sunder Das's money but realise that, its in the name of Kishan who can transfer the money after 25 years only. So they bring up Kishan in their way as Sunder Das becomes paralysed. Kanhaiya meanwhile grows up in a poor family and gets addicted to films. Both Kishan and Kanhaiya take revenge from Gendhamal for all the wrong done by him to Kishan. In the end both Kishan and Kanhaiya meet together and live happily ever after with Radha(Shilpa Shirodkar) and Anju(Madhuri Dixit).
