Love At Times Square is a 2003 Indian Bollywood romance film released on Feb 14, 2003. The film is directed by Dev Anand, produced by Dev Anand.

Famous businnesman Shan decides to stay abroad after his beloved wife Asha's death in a plane crash. He chooses the sillicon valley, California as his only daughter Sweety studies in the Columbia University.He is popular among the rich & elites in America. He is concerned with a number of & fund raising programmes for the NRI's and recently in the New Year's Eve he inaugurated a night club named 'Saat Sur' for hindusthani music & as a symbol of the indo-american harmony. He has gone to New York Times Square for the opening ceremoney of 'Saat Sur', where bollywood star Salman Khan performed live. Sweety is now a reporter to spectra T.V. and currently busy in making a documentary. Raj is a computer engineer in California, whom she met earlier at Naigra Falls. While there is a poor boy 'Bobby' who came from india to seek a job in this country. Both of them fall in love but Sweety is very much concerned about her status,lifestyle & work. She shares the evening, takes the stage with them & they bagged the best audience prize for the evening partying till late night. Bobby gets a job in a real estate firm as an incharge, on the other hand Raj is madly in love with Sweety. She visits her New York apartment and they make a plan of a surprise visit to the real estate firm befoew they go for a long drive from New York to California, where Sweety tells him every thing about her her mother's death. Raj proposes to her but Sweety declines & tells him that he is just a good friend and nothing else. But a huge surprise is waiting for them when they find old friend Bobby in their reception introducing his new employee & they go for a chill out in the local asian club. Meanwhile, in the new years party,he made a promise to inspire these young talents to give them a big break so that their band becomes a huge success every where. But Raj and Bobby are going crazy day by day for Sweety and finally Bobby also confess to Sweety & this time also she handles the matter very cleverly. She is a little confused to choose any one of them. Her boss Kunal Singh of spectra t.v.india has assigned her for the upcoming bolly wood star night to cover it exclusively for his channel. Bobby calls his family from india to visit the country,his family arrives & he takes Sweety to receive them his parents & sister Nilu are overwhelmed with Sweety's modesty & attitude. Sweety takes them to visit the city & shares a few days with Bobby's family. Raj is a little jealous,he tries to give her the engagement ring. Finally the bollywood star studded night begins and Raj & Bobby are present in the audience while, Sweety is busy to cover the programme. After a few minutes, a most wanted criminal in the interpole list enters with his gang to kidnap the bolly wood stars [hrithik & sharukh]. The security kills everyone the gangster manages to escape. He takes Sweety & tries to molest the girl. Bobby shoots the killer & saves her girlfriend. He is injured and is taken to the hospital and he is in the news headline for killing such an international criminal. On the hospital bed, he finally confesses to his family about his love. On the other hand, Raj also meets her again and proposes for the engagement and Sweety tells the same thing as she told at the times aquare. In the new years eve to know whom she has chosen finally the day comes-31st dec,2001, at the Times Square where Raj & Bobby are waiting for Sweety. Tossing up between two lovers she was shivering inside. Gradually she has realised that her root is very much indian, so Sweety dosent hesitate to choose Bobby as her life partner from the times squares dancing crowd.
