Dy.S.P. Pratap Sinha is a dedicated police officer posted to a crime ridden town ruled by the underworld king Rana. The people are afraid to come forward as witness against Rana and his henchmen. Then comes to the town the family of Shiv with his widowed Bhabhi Sushama. Pratap recognises Sushama as his love at college who was unfortunately seperated from him. Shiv joins the college and meets Jalpa whose parents are murdered by Jakal.
