Mittir Barir Chhoto Bou is a 1997 Indian Bengali family film released on 1997. The film is directed by Sushil Mukhopadhyay, music composed by Anupam Dutta.

A unlucky teacher could not raise thge dowry money for his only daughter. Then a man of city gets married with her. But that man was very much in love with his wife. One day his sister came & she & that lady became friends. The middle wife of his house did not like this lady. His second brother insults his wife. For this he quarrels with his mother. The mab dies in a road accident. The lady is made house servant. One day a man comes from Paris who is a friend of the husband of that lady. He is also psychotic. One day he gave a gift to the lady. Then the mother-in-law hit her. This way she became mad. Then the man who is physcotic treats her and cures her. Then he marries her & gives her a new life.
