My Love is a 1970 Indian Bollywood social film released on 1970. The film is directed by S. Sukhdev, produced by S. Sukhdev.
Rajkumar is born in Nairobi in East Africa and he is settled there. Being very fond of Indian music he organised a tour of famous Indian singer Lata Devi. He gets furious and asks the incharge, Pran Mehra to return India. On this Sangeeta comes to meet Rajkumar and her entreaty to give her a trail, impresses Rajkumar,and the show is performed. Sangeetas peformance proves a big hit. One and all cheer for her enchanting melody. Rajkumar fall for her and in subsequent meetings developes love and intimacy. . Rani, a childhood friend Rajkumar at this juncture meets Sangeeta and informs Sangeeta of her getting engaged to be married to Rajkumar soon Rajkumar on coming to know about it shouts at Rani, saying its not true. Rani comes and complaines about Rajkumar and Sangeetas relations to Rajkumars father. Rajkumar makes plans to come to India with Sangeeta and get married after the Safari Car Race. But as ill-luck would have he meets with an accident. . Rajkumars father persuades Sangeeta to leave Rajkumar for his happiness. Sangeeta returns to India without Rajkumar, leaving him alone in hospital, without Rajkumar knowing anything about all that happened. Rajkumars father one day at the occasion of Rajkumars birthday party announces the betrothal of Rani and Rajkumar. Rajkumar opposes this and things become worse and take the shape of breaking point of the relations of father and son. Rajkumr leaves the house and Africa to come to India to get his Love. But..........? . Was this, then, to be Chandas fate ? . This dramatic and moving tale, comes captivatingly alive-in "Sasural". . Yet Chandas life became tragically bereft of peace. She lived with fear and was assailed by apprehension. Her changed behaviour mystified her mother-in-law and worried her husband Narendra. And a village crook Bansi took advantage of the situation and raised suspicions in Narendras mind about Chanda. The situtation became unbearable to Chanda. The love and happiness which she had received for the first time in her life were-being inexorably wrenched out of her grasp. There seemed to be only course open to her-suicide.
