Love Bird tea garden is a running at a loss and facing many other problems. Mr.Shom is the manager of Love Bird tea garden. Suddenly, he is kidnapped, his wife complains to the police but they can't find him out . Management faces problem and they start to find out the new manager . The names of Shibaji turns up. Shibaji Chatterjee, now a total drunk , has a painful past . He had a lovable mother and brother. His brother was a problem boy. On a bomb blast his mother died and brother escaped . The lonely Shibaji , remained with his memories . Suddenly , he gets a job offer... the management of tea garden is looking for a new manager , Shibaji agrees with the offer . He joins in his new job, soon he realizes that there is something wrong in the garden . Shibaji decides not to stop and re-contruct the factory. He loves the factory and the workers. Sitesh, the long lost brother of Shibaji is planning to kill the new manager of the garden without knowing who he is .Sitesh comes to know about the new manager and regrets, he promises to leave his gang. Shibaji meets with a mad guy who follows him everyday. There is also Agarwal , a businessman, suspicious in nature. Editor of a newspaper of Calcutta, decides to publish an article on Love-Bird tea garden and sends two journalists and Urmi is one of them. She is the ex-girlfriend of Shibaji. Urmi and the other journalist fall in the trap of Agarwal. Sitesh comes to know about it and comes to his brother, the two brothers go to the maffia den . The mad person goes with him and reveals that he is a police officer. After a long fight , they win, police enters and arrest John and Baliye . Baliya commits suicide. Mr. Shom and the journalists are freed. Shibaji gets back his lost love , he is willing to leave the garden , but the workers stop him.
