Noti Binodini is a 1994 Indian Bengali biographical film released on 1994. The film is directed by Dinen Gupta, music composed by Jatileswar Mukhopadhyay.

It is a periodic film with historical characters such as Girish Ghosh, Ramkrishna Paramhansa Deb, Amritolal Basu etc. Girish Ghosh (Dilip Roy) was a playwright and known as ‘Mohakobi’. Rasaraj Amritolal Basu (Anup Kumar) was his one of his nearest friends. On the other hand Binodini (Debosree), was a prostitute, according to family tradition. Apart from this, there was a talent of acting she had. Binodini came to Girish Ghosh for a chance to act on stage. Gradually she became a great actress on stage and got blessed by Ramkrishna Paramhansadeb (Meghnad Bhattacharya). Their old theatre was destroyed and with the help of Gurmogh Roy they got a new theatre, the Star Theatre at the cost of Binodini herself. Rangababu (Prosenjit) loved Binodini and inspired her for better acting. Girish Ghosh didn’t believe in God but he admired Ramkrishnadeb tremendously and wished to get Paramhansadeb as his son. After death of Paramhansadeb, Binodini lost all her wishes to become a star and refused to act further and Girish Ghosh accepted her decision.
